# keeping in touch with sponsors

For long-lasting initiatives, it’s good to keep in touch and give feedback to your sponsors, so that they see how you used the money they gave you. Because hey, you may need to knock their doors again to publish a new edition!

For a good, long-lasting relationship with your funders, here are some ideas (that are particularly efficient with local authorities for example):

#### 💌 **send them a personalized letter**

with your printed map and some thanks for support from the team

#### 🎈 ️**invite them**

to your release party!

#### 🗞️ **send them news**

about distribution and your NGO schedule: if you go to the USE-IT meeting for example, send them an email to explain what you have learned.

In addition, we wrote some strategic letters as template for you to give news from the network at the local level. Feel free to use them!
